Policy Hi Chicas! My name is Evelyn.😊 Thank you for taking time to visit my page. I’ve been doing lashes since 2017 and a licensed esthetician since 2016. I am a home based lash artist. I am located 81st and Kedzie. ~~~Booking~~~ * All appointments will be request upon approval. * I do not allow same day appointment all appointments must be booked 48 hours in advance * If you do want to book a appointment within the 48 hours you must Dm/ text me first. * Before being approved $20 deposit must be sent within 24 hours. * Deposit is required for all services. * If deposit is not sent within 24 hours appointment will not be accepted. * The deposit can be sent through zelle or Apple Pay to (872)238-1208. * Deposit will go towards your appointment. ~~~Cancellation~~~ * If you need to cancel or reschedule must let me know 48 hours in advance. * If cancel after the 48 hours a new $20 deposit for next appointment must be sent and the previous deposit will be lost. *Same day cancellation will be charged 100% of the service. * Deposit/ services are non transferable and non refundable ~~~LATE POLICY~~~ *If you know you are running late please let me know has soon as possible to see if I can still take you. *If we do need to reschedule because you are running late the deposit will be lost. * I do have a 10mins grace period however anything after 10mins will be an extra charge. ~~~Day of appointment~~~ * Once you arrived if you could please wait in your car and text me that you have arrived. As I may have another guest. * I can meet you on the side of the house but please wait behind the gate until I come get you. * Payments options: I accept cash * Please no children or extra guests as my location has very limited space. * If you are going to be over 15mins late please let me know & i will tell you if that is okay. * Come to appointment with clean lashes, no eye makeup/mascara residue/strip lash glue etc, this can cause bad retention with your lash extensions. * If you come in to appointment with any makeup or dirty on your lashes a $10 lash bath fee will automatically go be added to service. * I do fills on other lash technicians work, but i have to see the work first and you MUST have 50% of lash extensions remaining. * Please book fills 2-3 weeks from date of fullset/fill if you wait longer you will have to book a fullset. * If you have any discomfort or unusual fall out within 72hrs of your service please contact me and i will fix this at NO additional charge.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
You will be charged 100% If you cancel the same day of your scheduled appointment. If cancelled within 48 hours before your appointment deposit will be lost.
